To start, let's brainstorm together the reason(s) why you’re not feeling motivated. Take a moment to think about it. Is it because you’re feeling overwhelmed? Feeling a little depressed?

Okay, now that you have an idea, here’s 3 strategies that you can implement NOW to help you get back on your feet, and feel motivated #wootwoot 🙌🏾:

1. Get Healthy. Exercise, eat healthy, and ensure you’re getting enough sleep! You need to be charged up and ready! 😉

2. Break up the B-O-R-I-N-G routine with some FUN! Serotonin, the happy hormone gets released when you’re having fun. Think of activities that you find fun, and include those in your daily routine! 🥳

3. Create a pre-game ritual. It's kind of like a warm up! Having a habitual pre-game ritual helps you get into the zone, and stay focused!

   Schedule these into your planner because once a task is scheduled, your brain automatically knows it’s something that needs to be done. Make it a habit 💪🏾
