What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your Untamed Artistry products. If there is a defective product or quality concern, please contact us at hi@untamedartistry.ca, and we will investigate the matter with you. 

If there’s anything we are more proud of than our products, it’s our amazing customer support. We’ll work with you to help you get the best use of your product and assess your individual lashing needs. Untamed Artistry products receive a thorough Quality Control inspection. Although unlikely you will receive a defective product, full refunds or replacements are processed for faulty products. A shipping label will be supplied for the return.  

We understand that sometimes you change your mind. If you wish to return or exchange unused or unopened products, please email us at hi@untamedartistry.ca. We can refund unused and unopened items within 30 days (adhesive excluded). Untamed Artistry is not responsible for covering the shipping return costs on unused or unopened products.

Note for International Buyers: We cannot process free returns due to international shipping rates outside of Canada or the USA and USA territories. All return postage will be at the expense of the customer.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your package becomes lost or stolen, Untamed Artistry will work with you and the mail delivery service to locate the lost package. Please email us at hi@untamedartistry.ca so we can help you locate it. Untamed Artistry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or other delivery errors from the mail delivery service.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Please consider insuring your package through Route at checkout to protect your package. If you experienced an issue with your order and have Route protection, please file a claim with Route’s team here.

What happens if my purchased product is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be refunded for that item. We will also refund your shipping.
