My silica beads turned pink when my package arrived. Does that mean the glue is spoiled?

Your glue is fine! That’s just the silica beads doing its job keeping the bottle fresh by absorbing excess moisture. You can simply heat your beads in the oven at the lowest heat to get them back back to blue. Store your beads in an airtight container with your opened or unopened adhesive.

What environment should I store the glue in?

📦 Unopened adhesive can be stored in fridge for up to 5 months.
📦 Opened adhesive should be store in adhesive container in a DRY, COOL AND DARK place with silica or rice.

How should I clean my tweezers?

All tweezers should be cleaned and sterilized every-time prior to using.Yes, even using it for the very first time. Tweezers should be soaked in sterilizing solution for no more than 10 minutes. As the chemical will ruin the finishing of the tweezer if it's sit in solution for too long.

Why doesn't my tweezers work anymore?

First, you want to give your tweezer a throughout clean. Make sure it's free of adhesive residue. All tweezers are made of hand crafted Japanese steel. They are filed with precision tools to achieve the exact closing and pick up. However using the same tweezer everyday will wear and tear your tweezer's pick up. This is completely normal. This is why we always recommend a back up of your favourite tweezer. The longevity of your tweezer depends on the frequency you use and the pressure you apply during application.

My adhesive nozzle is clogged, what do I do?

Every adhesive bottle comes with extra nozzle. You can replace the nozzle by using piler to remover clogged nozzle and replace it with new immediately. Every back up nozzle is sealed. So you have to use the nozzle pin to puncture a hole before using. For future usage, please don't shake adhesive up and down. As this will leave adhesive residue around the cap and nozzle. This is the cause of clogged nozzle, or nozzle getting stuck in the cap. Simply let adhesive drop with gravity, and wipe off excess. No excessing shaking required.

How long should I shake my adhesive for?

If you've purchased a new bottle of adhesive to use immediately, no shaking is required. As excessive shaking can cause nozzle to clog. Our adhesives are small batch order, so they are very fresh. If you are using an older adhesive stored in the fridge, shake well for 2 minutes in the beginning of your day. No extra shaking required after.

Is your lashes Mink or Silk?

All eyelash extensions are made from PBT. They term mink or silk is just terminology foreign manufacture used to bridge the language gap. Neither fur animals or silk worms are harmed in the process of creating lashes.

The terminology is determined by the taper of the the lash tips. Silk lashes have a 1/3 taper, Mink lashes have a 1/4 taper. Therefore, mink will appear fuller than silk. Untamed Artistry's Creator's Collection is "mink" which means they are 1/4 taper that offers a fuller appearance.
