If there’s anything we are more proud of than our products, it’s our amazing customer support. We’ll work with you to help you use your product as much as possible. Untamed Artistry products are mostly created by hand, therefore mistakes happen aka #beinghuman. In those cases, full refunds are processed for your defective products. A shipping label will be paid by Untamed Artistry and emailed to you.
We also understand that sometimes you change your mind. If you wish to return or exchange your unused or unopened products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can refund unused and unopened items within 30days (adhesive excluded). Untamed Artistry is not responsible for covering the shipping return costs on unused or unopened products.
If your package becomes lost or stolen, Untamed Artistry will work with you and the mail delivery service to locate the lost package. Please email us at email@example.com so we can help you locate it. Untamed Artistry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item. We will also refund your shipping.
We typically process orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
We recommend that you switch your adhesive every four weeks. If you lash less than four times a week, then you can store your adhesive up to six weeks.
Your glue is fine! That’s just the silica beads doing its job keeping the bottle fresh by absorbing excess moisture. You can simply heat your beads in the oven at the lowest heat to get them back back to blue. Store your beads in an airtight container with your opened or unopened adhesive.
📦 Unopened adhesive can be stored in fridge for up to 5 months.
📦 Opened adhesive should be store in adhesive container in a DRY, COOL AND DARK place with silica or rice.

All tweezers should be cleaned and sterilized every-time prior to using.Yes, even using it for the very first time. Tweezers should be soaked in sterilizing solution for no more than 10 minutes. As the chemical will ruin the finishing of the tweezer if it sits in solution for too long.
First, you want to give your tweezer a thorough clean. Make sure it's free of adhesive residue. All tweezers are made of hand crafted Japanese steel. They are filed with precision tools to achieve the exact closing and pick up. However using the same tweezer everyday will wear and tear your tweezer's pick up. This is completely normal. This is why we always recommend a back up of your favourite tweezer. The longevity of your tweezer depends on the frequency you use and the pressure you apply during application.
Every adhesive bottle comes with extra nozzles. You can replace the nozzle by using pilers to remove the clogged nozzle and replace it with a new one immediately. Every back-up nozzle is sealed. So you have to use the nozzle pin to puncture a hole before using. For future usage, please don't shake the adhesive up and down. As this will leave adhesive residue around the cap and nozzle. This is the cause of clogged nozzle, or nozzle getting stuck in the cap. Simply let adhesive drop with gravity, and wipe off excess. No excess shaking is required.
If you've purchased a new bottle of adhesive to use immediately, no shaking is required. As excessive shaking can cause nozzle to clog. Our adhesives are small batch ordered, so they are very fresh. If you are using an older adhesive stored in the fridge, shake well for 2 minutes in the beginning of your day. No extra shaking required after.
All eyelash extensions are made from PBT. The term mink or silk is just terminology foreign manufactures use to bridge the language gap. Neither fur animals or silk worms are harmed in the process of creating lashes.
The terminology is determined by the taper of the the lash tips. Silk lashes have a 1/3 taper, Mink lashes have a 1/4 taper. Therefore, mink will appear fuller than silk. Untamed Artistry's Creator's Collection is "mink" which means they are 1/4 taper that offers a fuller appearance.

Therefore in some rare occasion they are expose to mistake aka #beinghuman. When lashes get finer in diameter, they become harder to create. Small inconsistency in 0.05 and 0.03 trays are normal.
