Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING POLICY

Untamed Artistry processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will typically be processed on Monday. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (CANADA)

Shipping costs and estimated times are calculated at checkout. Rates will vary depending on the shipping address, shipping service selected, and order size. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

United States Shipping: Please shop at www.untamedartistry.us Shipping is calculated at checkout.

International Shipping (Non-USA): Shipping is calculated at checkout. If your shipping country is not showing during checkout, please contact us at hi@untamedartistry.ca and we will do our best to further assist you. 

 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

  • We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facilities. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer.

  • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

 UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

The delivery service may deem your package as undeliverable for the following reasons:

  • wrong or incomplete address
  • numerous unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • other reasons decided by delivery service at the time of delivery 

In the event that your package is undeliverable, it will be sent back to our return address. Once we receive your package, you will be contacted to have it reshipped.

Untamed Artistry is not responsible for any shipping costs related to undeliverable packages. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to have their package mailed out again. 

SOME CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT

  • Please double check your address when placing your order! If you order with an incorrect address, you can contact hi@untamedartistry.ca for help. However, due to the high volume of emails we receive, we cannot guarantee address changes will be made in time before your order is fulfilled. 
  • Check out our returns page for details on our return and exchange policy before placing your order, as it varies depending on the product and situation. 
  • Use Route for package protection. We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. If you experienced an issue with your order and have Route protection, please file a claim with Route’s team here.

LOST PACKAGES

Untamed Artistry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
